What are the qualifications for teachers at Kid's Villa?
All of our teachers must be state-certified and have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children. The majority of our teachers have earned bachelors degrees or possess an associates degree in early childhood education. In addition, all our teachers are required to be CPR/First Aid certified and must possess medication and emergency preparedness training.
Do Kid's Villa teachers participate in continuing education courses and trainings?
Yes. Aside from the necessary certification courses all our teachers participate in ongoing educational trainings to stay current and knowledgeable about best care and educational practices.
